Can my employees see each other's salaries?

No. Access is role-based: employees see only their own file, payslips and leave. Managers see their team's leave. Only administrators you appoint see pay.

Are the PAYE, NAPSA and NHIMA figures kept current?

Rates are stored as dated data rather than written into the code, so they are updated when the national budget changes. We recommend your accountant signs off the figures before your first live payroll.

Question 3

Do our statutory returns upload straight to the portals?

Accepted Answer

ZamHR generates the files in the layout each portal expects, and you upload them. It does not submit on your behalf, and it is not connected to ZRA, NAPSA or NHIMA systems.

Do we need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. ZamHR runs in the browser on any phone or computer. There is no software to install and no server to maintain.

How do we pay?

Accepted Answer

By MTN, Airtel or Zamtel mobile money, or by bank transfer — monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime.
